I have been able to see one GP for a whole now. This has meant that she has got to know me and because she knows the overall pattern of my health problems. This has helped me to be able to tell her problems mere quickly in the 10 minutes allowed. My GP and the staff at the surgery put in phone waiting option for me in a quiet corridor that has really helped my experience of attending the surgery.

I've been with Fleet Medical Centre for 18 years now and they have steadily improved over the years to give great service. You sometimes have to wait a while to get an appointment but normally get seen promptly, especially earlier in the day. They've extended their surgery hours and now start at 8am which is really useful if you work.
